This animation Is done by the you tuber named jess the dragoon, this is a type of animation that is in the super hero drama like Saturday cartoon. I remember seeing something like this a couple of years ago and at the time I thought it was really interesting. What glued me toward this was the art style and how distinct the shading of the backgrounds were. As of now jesse the dragoon has at least 5 episodes of this series called by the name “Super Hero Clock”.
